At DEFINED., every item is made to order. This means your order is produced after your purchase is placed, instead of being pulled from pre-made inventory.

Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Print-on-Demand Production Time

DEFINED. uses a print-on-demand process. Because of this, each item must be printed, packed, and prepared before it ships.

Most orders take approximately 2–7 business days to be fulfilled before they are shipped.

During busy seasons, holidays, high-volume periods, or supplier delays, production time may take longer.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected at checkout, and carrier delays.

Typical estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 3–8 business days after fulfillment
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Because our products are made to order, your total delivery time includes both:

Production Time + Shipping Time

For example, if an item takes 2–7 business days to produce and 3–8 business days to ship, the total estimated delivery time may be approximately 5–15 business days for U.S. orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label is created.

Multiple Shipments

Some items may ship separately depending on the product type, fulfillment location, or supplier. If your order arrives in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. DEFINED. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, carrier issues, customs delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We will always do our best to help if an issue comes up.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

DEFINED. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier first.

You may also want to check with neighbors, household members, your front desk, mailroom, or local post office.
