Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Please make sure you review the product description, color, size, and shipping information before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

To help us resolve the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A clear photo of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Sizing Issues
Please check the size guide before ordering. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues if the item received matches the size selected at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier first. If the issue continues, contact us at support@getdefined.store and we will do our best to help.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are sent into production quickly. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is placed.
